The Town of Fairfax has approved the first reading of an ordinance that would sell off 203 North Hampton Avenue in Fairfax, a property owned by the town.
On December 27, the council held a special meeting on Zoom to vote on the ordinance. The property is being sold for $67,200 to Wren Mosley, an agent from 203 North LLC. Currently, the building is abandoned.
The town is moving quickly to sell the property, and plans to hold the second reading at the meeting as the public hearing.
