The Barnwell High Scarlet Knights marching band placed second in their division at their competition on Saturday, Oct. 8 at North Augusta High School. Scarlet Knights Band Director Dawn Vickery said she is "super proud" of the students. "They have been working hard and it is paying off for them," she said. Pictured from left to right is the student leadership team: Kamryn Cave, Kristen Cave, Nick Jones, Jonathan Roberts, Holly Thomas, Shanese Samuels, and Farin Still. This was the band's second competition of the 2022 season. They will compete at River Bluff High School in Lexington County on Saturday, Oct. 15.
