Chief Johnson of the St. Paul's Fire Department (Charleston County) recognized several new officers for their recent promotions, including Williston resident John Jerkins Jr. (right) for his promotion to lieutenant. "Congratulations to all of you, and thank you for your dedication to St.Paul’s!" said the chief.
