Seth Dorn of Williston-Elko High School and Nicholas Jones of Barnwell High School attended the Carolina Lead Drum Major Symposium June 20-22 in Columbia.
Seth and Nick will be the drum majors for the Bands of Barnwell County this fall. Both Seth and Nick are rising seniors.
This fall will be the first time that Barnwell County has had a consolidated marching band. The band will include students from Barnwell, Blackville-Hilda and Williston-Elko high schools.
