Pairs of animals can be seen at Press Church’s Noah’s Ark inspired display.
Entries from the Ivy Garden Club’s 5th Annual Scarecrow Contest have lined lamp posts along Main Street in Williston since early October.
The judges have submitted their decisions, and winners were recently announced.
In first place is Mahuron’s Building Supply with their hayride themed display. Mahuron’s also won the People’s Choice category. Johnson’s Farm & Garden came in second place with a Charlotte’s Web inspired creation, and Press Church came in third with a fall depiction of Noah’s Ark.
“Congratulations to everyone who participated. It's incredibly difficult to pick winners every single year. Thank you all for showing up and participating. We look forward to seeing what you create in 2024!” said Margo Huggins, Ivy Garden Club member.

These displays were to be removed by Monday, November 6.
