Paternal great-grandparents are Julie and the late Gene Cox of Savannah, Ga., Doug and Theresa Hutson of Saint Simons, Ga., and Janice and David Nix of Aiken.
Tensely Rivers also has her own store located in Barnwell, Tensely Rivers Boutique, which was recently opened by her maternal grandmother.
