Savannah Jean Moody and Timothy Smith Burdette were united in marriage on September 2, 2023 at the Grand Canyon National Park.
Savannah Jean Moody of Hilda, S.C. and Timothy Smith Burdette of Lanett, AL were united in marriage on September 2, 2023 at the Grand Canyon National Park.
Timothy’s father, Stephen Burdette, officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Johnathan and Beverly Moody.
The destination wedding was small with approximately 30 guests consisting of family and friends.
Following the ceremony, a dinner was held at the Big E Steakhouse outside of the national park.
The bride is the daughter of Johnathan and Beverly Moody of Hilda, S.C. She is a 2020 graduate of Clemson University and works as a registered nurse.
The groom is the son of Mr. Stephen (Claudia) Burdette of Columbia, S.C. and Mrs. Anneta (Derek) Pritchard of Orangeburg, S.C. He is a 2016 graduate of Barnwell High School and works as a production mechanic on the F-16.
Following a wedding trip to Mexico, the couple will reside in upstate South Carolina.
