Charlie and Darlene Birt of Olar are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Patricia Birt of Olar, to Anthony Chavis of Blackville. He is the son of Mike and Paula Chavis of Blackville.
The bride-elect is a 2017 graduate of Blackville-Hilda High School and a 2020 graduate of Denmark Tech with a degree in nursing. She is employed by Remain at Home Senior Care.
The groom-elect is a 2016 graduate of Blackville-Hilda High School. He is employed by Carroll's Welding LLC as a Millwright.
The wedding will be held April 8, 2023 at 4 p.m. at Copper Oak Plantation in Bamberg. Formal invitations will be sent.
