Havyn Jones & Brian Dowling are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Noah Wren Dowling.
She was born on April 21, 2024 at 2:10 p.m. She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20 and 1/4 inches.
She was welcomed home by her big brother, A’kari Dowling.
Grandparents are Courtney Griffin of Williston, John Griffin of Williston, Josh Jones of Andrews and Aika Strong of Williston.
Great-grandparents are Wanda and Rodney Matthews of Beaufort, the late Cheryl Matthews of Columbia, and Carolyn Coleman of Williston.
