Cera and Ryan Phalen of Summerville are proud to announce the birth of their son, Charles Forrest Phalen.
He was born on July 23, 2024 at 1:31 a.m. at MUSC in Charleston. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20.5 inches long.
He was welcomed home by older brother Hunter.
Grandparents are Ricky and Teresa Bowers of Allendale, Sherri and Ray Hancock of Summerville, and Marty and Judy Phalen of Lexington.
Great-grandmothers are Polly Brant of Ulmer and Gladys Phalen of Summerville.
