Justin Lee Graham, 35, of 81 Haven Hill Circle in Barnwell was arrested on June 27 and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11.
According to the incident report, a Barnwell County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputy met with the victim and their mother at the sheriff’s office on June 27 where they explained Graham allegedly sexually assaulted the victim within the last week.
The incident report states, “Graham had asked [the victim] to come to the shed in the backyard… [the victim] went on to explain that while in the shed Mr. Graham pulled out his ‘private parts’ and asked [the victim] to ‘help him.’”
The report continues to describe the train of events that occurred in the shed, however The People-Sentinel is not going to disclose said lewd information out of respect for the victim and their family.
This allegedly happened five different times in the shed, according to the report.
The arrest warrants for Graham details two incidents. The first warrant involves Graham having “masterbate[d] and ejaculated [d] in front of a minor.” The second warrant involves Graham penetrating a nine-year-old victim with his finger earlier this year.
