WILLISTON - Barry “Goat” White, 66, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The family received friends from four to six p.m., Monday, June 26, 2023 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC.
Born in Williston, SC, he was a son of the late Prince White and Carrie Hallingquest White. He worked for the Town of Williston in the Sanitation Department for 40 years. He loved playing cards and loved to talk “smack”.
“Barry, it broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. A part of us went with you, the day you were called home,” with Love from the Family of Barry White.
Survivors include his daughters, Alesia “Lisa” Bellinger and Stephanie Bellinger; a son, Barry Junior Bellinger, all of Williston; grandchildren, Drivyeel Davis, Davion Bellinger, Lily Bellinger, Jaiden Bellinger, Zariah Jones, Karter Bellinger, King Bellinger, Bentley Leverette, Zacharias Jones, Brieland Leverette, and Alameen Barry Bellinger; a sister, Elaine White of Williston; brothers, Herman “Red” (Janie Mae) White, Willie Leon White, Bobby (Tina) White, and Edgar Charles White; sister-in-law, Elaine White; brother-in-law Russell Howard; aunts, Janie Barfield and Ethel Mitchell; a special friend, Cleveland Bing and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Goldie Boy Bellinger and several brothers and sisters.
