Eddie and Wanda Crouch of Williston, S.C. celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 5, 2026.
The couple was married on June 5, 1976 at Friendship Baptist Church in Barnwell, S.C. They celebrated their Golden Anniversary with a trip to Jekyll Island, Ga. where they honeymooned 50 years ago.
“We’ve been through ups and downs through the years but have stuck together through it all,” said Wanda.
The Crouches are retired, though Ed works part-time for The People-Sentinel as the delivery driver.
The Crouches are blessed with three children – Edwin (Shannon) Crouch, John (Kristie) Crouch, and Melissa Lewis, all of Barnwell County, S.C. They also have six grandchildren: Keaton and Kaylee Crouch, Kinsey and Abby Lewis, and Emeline and Ali Crouch.
“Fifty years of marriage is proof of what true love, dedication, and teamwork look like,” said daughter-in-law Kristie Crouch.
Ed and Wanda look forward to many more years together spent enjoying their family and traveling.
