MONCKS CORNER - Funeral services for Joyce Lee Harley, 94, of Moncks Corner, S.C. will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, S.C. with Dr. Thomas Terry officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Blackville Cemetery.
Joyce passed away peacefully at her grandson’s home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Born in Denmark, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Henry Edwin Lee and Mozelle Bessinger Lee Garrett and was married to the late Gerald H. Harley for 62 years. Joyce graduated from Blackville High School then worked for Savannah River Plant before becoming a homemaker. She loved spending time with her grandson and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Gale Smith of Moncks Corner, S.C.; two grandsons, Jason Barr and his fiancé, Kayla, and Steven Knight; five great-grandchildren, Landon, Tiana, Cameron, Haleigh and Wesley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Harley Barr; and two sons, Vincent and Gregory Harley.
The family would like to extend their heart-felt gratitude to Angie for all of the love, care and compassion that she expressed towards Mrs. Joyce. Thank you, My Girl.
