ALLENDALE - Bonnie Marie Ellis, 67, passed away on August 19, 2026 peacefully with family by her side.
Born in Allendale, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Ferguson Jr. and Jeanette S. Ferguson.
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Paige Ellis (Rachel) and Dawn Marie Ellis; grandchildren, Carolina Elizabeth Wallace, Carter James Patterson, and Carson Edgar-Lee Patterson; siblings, Donald (Elaine) Ferguson, John (Shirley) Ferguson, Raymond (Lisa) Ferguson, Brenda Ferguson and Shirley Cook.
Bonnie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Even in her passing, Bonnie still showed love, kindness, and selflessness by offering the gift of life.
She will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Mt. Arnon Baptist Church with the Rev. Deanie Hutto Officiating. A private family interment will follow in the Mt. Arnon Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Omar Shrine Temple, 176 Patriots Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, S.C. 29464.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mt. Arnon Church.
