The Second Annual Cultivating Light in the Darkness Walk
Hosted by the Aiken-Barnwell Recovery Foundation, in conjunction with the Barnwell County Sheriff's Office, this event aims to raise awareness for suicide prevention and support the Aiken-Barnwell Mental Health Center. Participants will take part in a short walk, followed by the opportunity to visit resource tables featuring information from various mental health organizations and support services.
The Barnwell County Sheriff's Office remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen and uplift residents.
Donations to support the Cultivating Light in the Darkness Walk can be made to the Aiken-Barnwell Recovery Foundation, Inc. Contributions can be mailed or dropped off at 218 Newberry Street SW, Aiken, SC, 29801. All proceeds will directly benefit the Aiken-Barnwell Mental Health Center.
