Sid’s story is one of resilience. He was found in the woods in 2020 severely malnourished and emaciated, and it took time, care, and patience to help him recover and regain his strength. Today, Sid is a healthy dog who has come a long way from where he started.
Through the ACI program, Sid learned several basic commands including sit, paw, lay down, and stay. He is also housebroken and enjoys the company of other dogs, though he does not do well with cats.
Sid does have food aggression around other dogs, so he must be fed separately and cannot be around other dogs during mealtime. However, he shows no aggression toward people and bonds closely with his humans.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will happily stay by your side, Sid may be the perfect match.
