Serving Barnwell County and its neighbors since 1852
For months, shoppers at the Barnwell IGA couldn’t resist trying to give a little love—and a snack or two—to a scared white dog who made the store parking lot her hangout. Now, that friendly face has a name: Iggy, and she’s ready for a home of her own.
Iggy’s days of roaming are behind her. She’s now spayed, up to date on all her vaccines, and thriving under the care of the shelter. This happy girl adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and greets everyone with a tail wag that could brighten any day.
If you’ve ever fed Iggy a treat outside the IGA, now’s your chance to make her part of your family.
She’s proof that sometimes, the best groceries you can take home aren’t from the store—they’re from the heart.
