BLACKVILLE - Juanita Noonan Flowers, 85, of Blackville, S.C. passed away at home on Saturday, August 8, 2026.

Funeral services were held at 11 o’clock a.m., Saturday, August 15, 2026 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston with the Reverend Mark Epperson officiating. Burial followed in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Honored to serve as pallbearers were Michael Flowers, Michael McGill, Jackie Still, Elijah Still, Robbie Noonan, and Michael Noonan.

Born in Jasper County, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Herbert Clark Noonan and Minnie Lucille Phillips Noonan. She was first married to the late Ronald Flowers. She attended Ashleigh Baptist Church and previously worked at Sunbeam. Juanita was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and shopping. She loved her animals including her stuffed animals and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as they held a special place in her heart.

Survivors include her loving companion, James Owens; her daughter, B. J. Flowers Still of Pelion, S.C.; her son, Michael Flowers of Hilda, S.C.; five grandchildren, Sheltsie Ann Flowers, Donna Amanda (William) Boone, “Frankie” Donnie Franklin (Alicia Robertson) Still, Jackie O’Neal Still (Kayla Hanson), and a step-granddaughter, Kimberly Bianca Dyches; 14 great-grandchildren along with numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Jean Barrs and Betty McDaniel Bryans; and two brothers, Clarence Noonan and J. C. Noonan.
