Holland Pettus Mickle and Jack Raftery Lowe were married on Saturday, February 28, 2026 in the First United Methodist Church Winter Park (FL).  The 3:00 p.m. ceremony was officiated by The Rev. Rachel DeLaune and was followed by a reception at the Country Club of Orlando.   

The bride, daughter of Ms. Judith (Jill) Mixon Mickle and the late Mr. Thomas Pettus Mickle, of Orlando, FL, is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed as an associate manager of programming and acquisitions for ESPN in Bristol, CT. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Donald Mixon of Barnwell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cowley Mickle Sr. of Media, PA.  

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Bernard Lowe, of Charlotte, N.C., is a graduate of North Carolina State University and is employed by Fuss and O’Neill as traffic engineer III, in Hartford, CT. He is grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Christopher Raftery of Rock Hill and Mrs. Joseph Charles Lowe and the late Mr. Joseph Charles Lowe of Cleveland, OH.

Matthew Ross Mickle, brother of the bride, of Charlotte, N.C., escorted her down the aisle.   

Miss Sarah Kathryn Maxwell and Miss Isabelle Grace Ramil, college roommates of the bride, served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids included Miss Meghan Henning Lowe, Miss Riley Elizabeth Lowe, sisters of the bridegroom, and college friend Brianna Nicole Weir. The flower girl was Miss Eloise Victoria Mickle, niece of the bride, from Charlotte, N.C.   

Mr. Jack Edward White served as the best man. Groomsmen included Mr. Sean Martin Freebern, Mr. Kelly Durell McClendon Jr., Mr. William Wells Neal III, Mr. Gregory James O’Shields and Mr. Bradley Ryan Smith. The ring bearer was the nephew of the bride, Master Finnegan Thomas Mickle of Charlotte, N.C.   

After a honeymoon to the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in West Hartford, CT.
