Serving Barnwell County and its neighbors since 1852
Sammy came to Animal Advocates Friends for Life Center in 2025 after being surrendered. He’s a sweet, affectionate Chihuahua mix who forms strong bonds, especially with women. Sammy can be a little cautious with men at first, likely due to his past, but with patience and consistency he continues to build trust.
He does well with children and is happiest when he feels secure with his person. Sammy has been waiting for the right match—someone willing to give him the time and understanding he deserves.
