WILLISTON - David Gabriel “Gabe” Sadler, 28, of Williston, S.C. passed away at home on Monday, July 6, 2026. He is now in heaven with Jesus, while his passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved him, his family rejoices in knowing that he is at peace, healed, and forever in the loving arms of Jesus.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, S.C. with Reverend Jamie Wootten officiating. Burial will follow in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m., one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home in Williston.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, Gabe was the beloved son of David Kevin Sadler and Amanda Mundy Sadler. He was married to Ashlee Davis Sadler and was a loving father whose greatest joy in life was his two daughters, Raelyn Grace Sadler and Harper Elizabeth Sadler.
Gabe worked as a Lab Analyst at Savannah River Site and was a member of Winfield Heights Baptist Church. Those who knew Gabe will remember his contagious smile, quick wit, and ability to make others laugh. He loved spending time with his family, especially making memories with his girls. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and never missed an opportunity to joke with those around him. Gabe was also a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves, the Green Bay Packers, and the South Carolina Gamecocks. His faithful dog, Cash, was a constant companion and brought him great joy.
In addition to his wife and daughters of the home, Gabe is survived by his parents, David Kevin Sadler and Amanda Mundy Sadler; a sister, Erica Sadler; brothers, Ray (Chelsea) Youngblood and Kyle Sadler; grandparents, Mary Alice (David) Barnette, and Wanda Sadler; his mother-in-law, Rachael (Miles) Brant and father-in-law, Scott (Angela) Davis; his grandparents-in-law, Nancy and Murray Davis; his brothers-in-law, Robert (Katelyn) Davis and John (Sophia) Davis; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many dear friends, and special coworkers who will forever cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gordon Mundy and Lavern Sadler.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Kyle Sadler, Ray Youngblood, C.J. Roberts, Tyler Sauls, Mason Ridgeway, Wyman Long and Cade Cope.
Though Gabe’s life was far too short, the love he shared with his family, his laughter, and the kindness he showed others will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
