WILLISTON - Mother and Deaconess Blond Eva Gaffney Simmons transitioned to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Piedmont Hospital, Augusta, Ga., surrounded by her loving family.
The Home Going Celebration in honor of Mother and Deaconess Blond E. Simmons will be conducted on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Runs Missionary Baptist (717 Williston Road, Beech Island, S.C. 29853). Burial will be at Summer Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Williston, S.C.
